LINKUP300 & LINKUP700 smooth surface CCO wear plate is a bi-metallic plate, consisting of a mild steel base ASTM A36 ( EN10025-2 S235JR or JIS G3101 SS400) with a high alloyed wear-resistant cladding: Chromium carbide (M7C3) composite carbide, primary carbide in a eutectic matrix volume ﹥37%. Physical Properties: with high sliding abrasion resistance and moderate to high impact properties. consistent microstructure and hardness down to the fusion line. Bonding layer: the cladding layer penetrates the bast plate about 0.4~0.75mm.
Special base plate, S304 or Unique raw material can be customized.
